General Information

We can assist you in providing floral arrangements, ice sculptures, china and linen service, photographer, full service staff or any other service you may require.

Rates for professional staff according to expertise are as follows:

Labor: Staff rate - Minimum of 3 hours
Server: $25 per hour
Bartender: $50 1st hour - Additional hours $25 per hour
Carver: $50 1st hour - Additional hours $25 per hour
Captain: $50 1st hour - Additional hours $25 per hour

• Special events for large groups require 50% deposit two weeks prior to event. Balance due upon delivery.
• Out of town clients require payment in advance.
• Casas Catering may require confirmation of certain orders with a written agreement or contract. Our cancellation policy on these orders will be outlined at that time.
• On any order of 100 or more guests, a 15% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Normal delivery hours are from 7am to 5pm / Monday - Friday
(Any fluctuation from these hours will result in additional charges)

(Last minute orders accommodated as quickly as possibly)

$25 minimum purchase required for delivery
(Minimum purchase order applicable to certain items)

Hot food orders require prior day's notice
(10 guests minimum order required per hot entree)

$15 minimum delivery charge
(No equipment pick-up required)

Minimum delivery & pick-up charge of $25 on orders with equipment
(Equipment items that are non-disposable)

Additional charges will be applicable to orders outside the 610 loop / amounts vary according to location site & set-up required

Prices include buffet-style set-up with disposable plastic & paper products
(China & linen service is available at an additional cost)

Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card
(All major credit cards excepted)

Most items in this menu are priced per person with the exception of the party planning section
